within 30 days
of product shipment, as long as it is in its original form to receive a 100% replacement or refund.

envelope or a small box; items are otherwise damaged when sent in unpadded envelopes.

What are Ginger Snaps?
Ginger Snaps is a new style of interchangeable jewelry that features "fashion snaps," button-like charms you snap in and
out of stylish bracelets, rings and more. Ginger Snaps is all about heart and soul, sweetness and sass, and brazen individuality.
How do you change your Snaps?
To change Snaps, simply pry out using your finger. To change Petite Snaps, pry out using our
Ginger Snaps Pick Tool
, by placing
the tip of the pick between the Petite Snap and the accessory and twisting until the Snap comes loose.
How do you care for and clean Ginger Snaps?
Ginger Snaps are silver plated. As with all silver-plated jewelry, tarnishing may naturally occur over time. To keep your
Snaps and accessories looking their best, clean them with a dry polishing cloth. Please do not use liquid jewelry cleaners.
These products strip the plating on all plated jewelry and will cause permanent damage. We also encourage you to limit
exposing your Snaps and accessories to water (bathing, hand-washing, etc.) and never wear them into a pool or spa.
Are your prices wholesale or retail?

What happens if an item I want is out of stock?
We do our best to ensure that the items on our site are in stock. But if you happen to order an item and it is out of stock we
will promptly notify you. If you reside in the US you may at that time have the option to reserve the item when a future shipment
arrives. We will only charge your credit card for products when we ship them to you. Out of stock items on international orders
will be canceled.
Do you have a catalog?
We do not have a mailable catalog. We are an internet only company and all our products are featured online.
What is your Return Policy?
You have 30 days from date of delivery to return your order. Please include your original packing slip with all returns. We recommend
insuring your return shipment to protect yourself from any loss. You are responsible for the cost to return your order.
